Knox D'Arcy will bring its restructured Eaglet investment trust to market within weeks subject to EGM approval. The small-cap offering will transform into a Director's Dealing trust after the activist investor won control of Eaglet and ousted manager Peter Webb earlier this year. Its new-look trust would invest in stocks based on analysis of dealing by company directors from 1994 to 2007, designed to identify companies most likely to outperform.
