Franklin Templeton has now opened its Luxembourg-based Mena fund, playing financial services, logistics and tourism themes. International CIO Stephen Dover will head up the vehicle with support from Dubai-based asset management firm Algebra Capital. Holding a concentrated portfolio of 40 to 60 stocks, the fund seeks growth and value across all sectors and market caps ranges in the Middle East and North Africa.
