Private client investment manager Williams de Broe (WDB) has bought Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander's asset management business following the collapse of Kaupthing Bank. Under the terms of the deal, the group's assets under management will move to Williams de Broe's existing platforms and its investment team will relocate to WDB's London office. Alex Snow, CEO of WDB's parent company Evolution said: "Williams de Broe and Evolution Group remain extremely well capitalised.
