New Star has revealed the full details of its staff share plan, designed to incentivise employees as part of a wider drive to revitalise the firm. The scheme, which will see 35 million new shares issued, was formally announced in a March trading statement that revealed heavy outflows and negative performance. It will apply until at least the end of 2012 and is based on the group's share price performance as well as factoring in different targets for different types of staff.
