London & Capital's Ralph Weichelt has increased exposure to retail warehousing to further diversify risk on the portfolio. The fund manager has made an investment in the Stralsund area for €12.4 taking assets under management to €416m. Weichelt made the acquisition as retailers have been drawn to the strong catchment in the town, which has a resident population of 58,000 and is a popular tourist destination.
