Latest Reita data shows 40% of advisers are not intending to recommend Reits or Paifs
Over 40% of advisers believe the commercial property market will not commence recovery until 2009 at the earliest, latest statistics from Reita have revealed. A recent survey from the body, set up to promote property investment and real estate investment trusts, revealed disparity and confusion among intermediaries over the role of Reits when advising their clients. The survey found that of 250 advisers, 40% thought the UK commercial property market would start to recover this year, with 42% believing it would not turn until at least 2009.
