Specialist broker Pacific Continental has launched a fund invested in life and viatical settlements, which offers projected minimum returns of 27% over rolling three year periods. The Lifeline Capital Growth fund will predominantly buy life policies from senior citizens with helth complications and the terminally ill at a discount to face value, take over the payment of premiums and hold them until maturity. The fund is open to UK investors through its Isle of Man domiciled, dollar-denominated Oeic but invests entirely in US policies. All policies bought will be underwritten by US life...
