Investment boutique Argo Capital Management has launched a global special situations hedge fund to target emerging markets. The Cayman Islands registered vehicle will target situations such as changes in corporate credit ratings, government debt defaults, currency devaluations and financial restructurings. To do this Fund advisers Nick Corby and Argo co-managing directors Andreas Rialas and Gary Cressman will invest in bonds, loans, credit default swaps, convertibles, equities and currencies.
