Nvesta has separated itself further from original parent company Eurolife, moving to become a self-contained business unit. In the past, Eurolife Assurance Group companies had provided administration and IT services to Nvesta under a service agreement. But with effect from 1 December 2005, all employees involved in the operation of Nvesta's business will be employed directly by Nvesta Financial Products, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nvesta plc. The management of Nvesta has been completely independent from other Eurolife owned companies since 2001.
