Just over four years ago Peps closed their doors to new money. Over that time, it is understandable that both fund managers and intermediaries have pared back the resources they lavish on these tax-free forerunners to the Isa. But the volume of assets under management within Peps still makes them worth serious consideration as a sales opportunity. True, much of it is 'dormant' money.
