The Perpetual mountain and the Invesco frog will disappear from all joint advertising and marketing literature issued by the combined group from 6 April. The two images are to be pulled until after a brand review can be completed to determine the logo and branding for the combined businesses. The interim joint logo, which will be unveiled on 6 April, is made up of a simple icon-free design featuring both the Invesco and Perpetual names.
