Jonathan Hughes-Morgan, co-founder of Thames River Capital, is launching an asset-management boutique with ex-F&C, Threadneedle and Lazard managers. The boutique, to be named Occam, will launch three hedge-fund offerings targeting Asia, Europe and Japan. Former F&C manager Mark Williams will run the Asia offering, while Phil Cliff will head the Europe offering and Jon Greenhill the Japan offering.
