Woodford, Nutt and Frost hold stakes in newly formed logistics company Stobart Group following merger with Westbury Property Fund
Neil Woodford, Anthony Nutt and Adrian Frost will all take big stakes in the newly formed Stobart Group following the company's merger with the Westbury Property Fund. Invesco Perpetual's Woodford holds around 25% of assets in the closed-ended property trust across his Income, High Income and the two St James's Place income vehicles. Artemis managers Adrian Frost and Adrian Gosden will also take shares in the Cumbrian logistics group through their Income and High Income funds.
