Bill Vasilieff's Novia Financial platform has selected Scottish Provident International as its offshore bond provider. This bond will sit alongside the existing wrappers, including Novia's Isa, Pep, Sipp and general investment account, in place since May when the platform came to market. The former Selestia sales and marketing director said the platform will also offer risk-profiling, asset allocation and model portfolios.
