Sharp falls in direct sales and those via discount brokers led Jupiter Asset Management to restructure its business to focus on the high-end intermediary channel. The group had recently let go a number of its sales, marketing and administration team. Jupiter parted company with head of direct sales Edward Osbourne Fardon and its communications manager Amy Rennison. Also leaving the group was Andrew Watkins, executive director and investment trust executive at Jupiter.
