James Hay has launched an eSipp Special Deposit Account offering investors cash returns of 6.4% for a one-year fixed term. The group said the account, available on its online Sipp platform, offers the highest available cash rate for Sipp investors. There is a further 0.1% incentive for IFAs who invest clients’ funds through the eSipp platform. The group added that there is no management charge for the cash investment, but IFAs may still charge clients the normal 3% commission and trail.
