Eaglet Investment Trust, managed by Peter Webb through his boutique Unicorn, has purchased 175,000 ordinary 25p shares at 345p per share for holding in treasury. This brings the total number of shares held in treasury to 420,000, double the amount it held earlier this month after it made similar purchases over the past week. The £105m smaller companies trust was trading at a discount to NAV of 13% on 23 May, according to Trustnet figures. According to the trust's fact sheet, as of 11 May, the company's share price had gained 18%, the NAV had risen 18.70% versus its benchmark gain of 5.41%...
