Arc has launched a structured product based on bricks and mortar valuations. The six-year Arc Bricks and Mortar Plan will track the Halifax House Price Index and will offer full capital protection. Investors receive a profit if the index closes at or above 70% of its initial level. If the index closes below 70% of its initial level capital is returned in full, if it rises overall during the term growth will equal the index rise plus 30% and there is no cap.
