Meteor has launched a kick-out investment linked to the performance of a property index. The six-year Property Recovery Plan will be based on the FTSE EPRA Europe Index, which tracks global companies that invest in property like British Land. The fund will kick-out 10.5% after one year provided the index falls at or above its opening level. If not the plan will offer 21% at year two, 31.5% at year three, 42% after four years, 52.5% after five and 63% at final maturity after six.
