Invesco Perpetual’s Martin Walker has turned over several underperforming holdings in the UK Growth fund since he inherited it in June. Veteran UK equities manager Ed Burke handed the £886m portfolio to his successor when he left the group earlier this year. Walker has since refocused the vehicle, bringing it more into line with his existing mandates - UK Focus, UK Opportunities and the Children’s fund.
