Aegon Asset Management is launching a UK Equity High Alpha fund aimed giving pension investors a 4% out-performance of the FTSE All Share. The fund, managed by Peter Shaw and Philip Haworth, who will act as support manager, aims to build on the company's existing track record in UK equities. It will aim to maximize total return by investing in an actively managed portfolio of UK equities with a goal of outperforming the FTSE All Share by 4% over a rolling three-year period.
