Old Broad Street Research (OBSR) has awarded new ratings to five funds. Barings’ smaller companies-focused Europe Select Trust has been given an A-rating in recognition of manager Nick Williams’ consistent outperformance and ability to meet the fund’s objective. Two BlackRock European vehicles have gained an A-rating - Vincent Devlin’s Continental Europe fund, which looks for turnaround and recovery stories, and Alister Hibbert’ European Dynamic fund which is run along similar lines but with more of a small and mid-cap bias.
