Investec manager reveals his stance following EMD rally at start of the year.

Peter Eerdmans heads the emerging markets debt team at Investec and has managed the group’s £2bn Emerging Markets Local Currency Debt fund since 2007. The fund has returned 50% over the three years to 3 March versus an IMA Global Bonds sector average of 26.3%, according to Morningstar.
