Investors in equities and bonds have enjoyed a strong start to 2015, with the FTSE 100 and S&P 500 continuing to hit new peaks and bond yields at record lows. But with valuations where they are, investors are becoming more nervous about the outlook for markets, especially with the US earnings season likely to be impacted by a strong US dollar.
