The fund was £36.6m at the end of May (after being £30.8m at the end of April) and was 71% invested in property securities, with 28% in cash. We completed due diligence on our first purchase during May - an industrial unit valued at £3.45m - and anticipate completion in early June. We have agreed four further acquisitions totalling £11.4m.
