The more expensive markets of India and China still offer the clearest growth premium among emerging regions, according to Gartmore's Charlie Awdry. The two markets have the highest 12-month forward P/E in the emerging world but Awdry, who co-runs the group's Global Emerging Markets fund, backed them to maintain rapid growth.
