Child Trust Funds (CTFs) have been around for a few years now and while they have widely been adopted by the direct private investor, advisers have tended to overlook them because of their limited size. Are advisers missing a trick or are CTFs simply not worth it? Since 2005, over three million newborn children have each been given £250 to be invested in a CTF account by their parents or legal guardian.
