Goldman Sachs' global equity team sees IT companies as main beneficiaries of improved tech infrastructure.

Goldman Sachs’ global equity team has been snapping up technology infrastructure stocks following the recent sell-off in the sector. The team anticipates capital expenditure will follow mergers and acquisitions as a major theme for investors. It believes IT companies will be well-placed to benefit, as firms overhaul their technology infrastructure in particular.
