Federated Hermes appoints Cantor and Kukuljan in double impact investing hires

Federated Hermes has hired Ingrid Kukuljan as head of impact investing, joining alongside Columbia Threadneedle Investments UK equities portfolio manager Caroline Cantor who will serve as an investment director.

Kukuljan, who joins from her role as principal at thematic equity fund PDM Capital, will lead the Impact Opportunities team for Federated Hermes, which began trading under a single unified brand yesterday (3 February). It follows the departure of Tim Crockford and his impact investing team, who left Hermes to join JO Hambro Capital Management in December to launch a new fund.
