OMGI to launch Style Premia Absolute Return fund for Cussen

Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI) is set to launch the Style Premia Absolute Return (STAR) fund early next month for manager Leif Cussen.

The Ireland-domiciled Old Mutual Style Premia Aboslute Return fund will be the latest addition to the company's suite of systematic liquid alternatives products, which invest in strategies with uncorrelated returns to traditional markets. Cussen (pictured), who has worked on OMGI's systematic alternative products since joining in 2005, will be supported on the fund by Paul Simpson and John Dow as portfolio managers.
