Wealth manager agrees to buy Midlands firm

Tilney Bestinvest has entered an agreement to buy Birmingham-based financial planning firm Webb Holton & Associates.

It said the move will broaden its presence in the Midlands, with four experienced advisers joining the team. The Birmingham office of Tilney Bestinvest will be headed by Miles Robinson, working closely with Webb Holton's directors Nigel Lister and Harjinder Singh, as well as Tilney Bestinvest's MD for financial planning, Richard Dawes (all pictured above).
