Ashcourt Rowan COO exits in board restructure

Ashcourt Rowan chief operating officer Richard Sinclair is to leave the firm, leading to a restructure of the company's board of directors.

Sinclair will move to a senior role in an unrelated industry and there will be no direct replacement for his role, with current responsibilities split between remaining board members. The board reshuffle will also see Steve Haines, non-executive director, moving to an executive role as head of governance and risk functions. Meanwhile, Hugh Ward, chairman of the board, is replacing Haines as chairman of the audit committee on an interim basis while the group looks for a replacement. As a result, the structure of the board of directors is changing to comprise a non-executive chairman...
