PF Advisors has launched a closed-ended property portfolio targeting a 7% annual yield over the course of its three-year life.
The Providence Value Property fund invests in a range of residential, commercial and student properties in the UK, with at least 20% in each type of asset. The managers’ strategy is to focus on locations that have large populations but a lack of affordable properties, and to purchase the properties directly from the developer at a minimum 25% discount on the market price. This will help protect the portfolio against property market swings, according to the group.
