Investec hires co-manager for EMD fund

Andrea Hosso has joined Investec to co-manage the firm's Emerging Markets Corporate Debt fund with Theo Stamos.

Hosso, who joined the firm's credit team in February, will also be responsible for developing its emerging markets credit capability. Prior to joining Investec, Hosso worked at European Credit Management where she led the credit process in emerging markets and financials for over five years. Before this, she was a consultant in the Financial Services Advisory Group at KPMG, following three years at Standard and Poor's where she analysed the creditworthiness of financial institutions.
