Spencer House duo to join JOHIM

Charles Martyn-Hemphill and Will Kenney at Spencer House Capital Management (SHCM) are set to join JO Hambro Investment Management (JOHIM) in February.

SHCM is the investment manager of its Spencer House Capital Management fund, a Ucits umbrella company listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, with a global equity sub-fund. The managers will continue to run the SHCM fund in their news roles at JOHIM, on the same terms and conditions. However, the change has caused certain amendments to fund documentation, including a name change to JOHIM Global Investment funds.
