Jupiter's star income manager Anthony Nutt has bought his first pharmaceutical in more than a decade. Nutt said he invested in AstraZeneca after being attracted to its strong pipeline of drugs which he said will be revealed in a trading statement in December. Other active bets in his portfolio include Diageo, Vodafone and Ladbrokes. The manager said he feels more bullish for 2008 than he did at the start of 2007.
