Infrastructure funds are set to benefit from the Chancellor's pledge to accelerate public spending projects, says AWD Chase de Vere's Cliff Husband. The head of research said increased public spending on infrastructure could provide a boost to the sector. "With all the doom and gloom in the investment world, one area that may benefit from the Chancellor's actions is infrastructure funds. "With the announcement that many major public spending projects, from road building to new schools, will be brought forward, the outlook for infrastructure could look very promising."
