Arc Fund Management has acquired UK structured product provider Nvesta for £410,000.
To assist in funding the acquisition, Arc has placed 750,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p alongside existing ordinary shares.
Nvesta has estimated funds under management of £120m.
For the period ending 30 September 2005, Nvesta reported a loss of £112,000 on turnover of £1.2m and net assets of £598, 549. The company has written no new business since May 2006.
