Heather Manners, former head of Asian equities at Hendersons, has launched a second fund out of her Prusik boutique focusing on the region’s smaller companies. The vehicle will be a Dublin-domiciled Oeic, like the Asian vehicle she launched back in 2005. Manners is using a thematic investment approach, playing eight or nine key themes shared with the existing Prusik Asian vehicle. These include food producers, the Taiwanese domestic economy post-election, and oil services.
