After the frenzied activity of the first few weeks of lockdown, the view from the desk is that our colleagues in the investment sector are still extremely busy but are adapting well to a new routine of Zoom calls, online coffee catch-ups and the daily walk.

In particular, I was interested in how younger investment professionals are bearing up but they seem to be adopting a 'keep calm and carry on' mentality both in terms of working from home and portfolio construction.
