abrdn Property Income in 'advanced discussions' to sell majority of property portfolio

abrdn Property Income trust (API) has revealed it is in “advanced discussions” with funds managed by GoldenTree Asset Management to sell the entire share capital of abrdn Property Holdings (APH).

APH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of abrdn Property Income. In a stock exchange notice on Wednesday (25 September), the trust said the sale would involve the disposal of API's "entire investment portfolio, with the exception of its interest in the land at Far Ralia".
