
Janus Henderson said it expected the sale process to be complete in the week commencing 30 May
The £1bn Janus Henderson UK Property fund has been sold to an unnamed buyer and the fund has now begun to wind up.
Janus Henderson said that the sale of the assets within the fund "has now progressed to a point where we can begin the process of terminating the funds and planning for the return of proceeds to investors"....
