Skandia has ditched plans to develop a wealth management business outlined earlier this year. Last week, the group announced Selestia Investment Solutions would be renamed Skandia Investment Solutions and reinvent itself as a full wrap proposition. This was followed by the news Brett Williams is leaving the company and expected to join Cofunds as chief executive later this year. Williams was founding chief executive of Selestia, taking up as CEO of Skandia UK following the merger with Old Mutual in 2006.
