Gartmore has formalised the holdings in the four recent additions to its multi-manager range. The four are the Cautious Strategy, Active, UK High Alpha and Global High Alpha Strategy funds. Head of multi-manager at the group Bambos Hambi said the 12-holding Cautious Strategy fund will exploit Ucits III structures, allowing investment in property and heavy cash weightings. He estimates the fund, with an initial weighting of 15% cash, 20% fixed interest, 50% UK equities and 15% property, could produce a yield of 5%.
