A holding in the parent company and continued focus on oil exploration have driven returns on John Dodd's Artemis Alpha trust amid recent volatility. Over 12 months to 30 April, the vehicle produced NAV growth of 8.3% against a 4.3% decline in the FTSE All Share. In addition to Artemis, Dodd highlighted New Britain Palm Oil as a key stock performer. Meanwhile, food producers and oil and gas were key sector bets.
