JO Hambro Capital Management is passing its European Select Values and Continental Select Values funds to Robbie Wouters following the departure of Willem Vinke. Wouters and Vinke have co-managed the fund for five years and the latter has decided to take a career break and return to the Netherlands. The managers employ a bottom-up stock selection process to choose companies they believe to be fundamentally undervalued.
