West Bromwich Building Society is offering a growth product linked to the FTSE 100 that features an early knock out option. If, after three years, the index level is 30% or more above its initial level, then the product terminates early and pays 130% at that time. Otherwise, the product continues until maturity, 11 July 2010, and offers at that time a minimum capital return of 100%, plus 120% of the rise in the index over the investment period.
