National Savings & Investment has increased the £20,000 maximum investment on its Premium Bonds to £30,000. Currently 23 million people hold Premium Bonds. The total amount invested has increased by 700% from April 1993 to April 2003. The bond offers 100% security and the chance to win tax-free prices including a £1m jackpot.
