Zurich is urging intermediaries to advise on pensions and retirement planning in light of the growing trend for "returnment". As clients are increasingly delaying their retirement or going back to work, their pension portfolios are in need of review. Research from the group shows 38% of people over the state retirement age have continued working or stopped and then returned to employment.
