The operations of emerging European property fund manager Euro Property Prospects are to be expanded once its current share offering is closed. The team, led by property developer Andrew Piper and former Nomura investment banker James Hughes, have so far offered two share classes from their British Virgin Islands-registered vehicle. The Eastern European share class, which targeted Bulgaria, Slovenia, Poland and Spain, raised &500,000 while the Adriatic Property Fund, which closed on 29 April, will be 75% invested in Croatia with the balance in Slovenia.
